Trish, a true native, has spent a lifetime gaining “Outer Banks knowledge” and has found a love for helping people discover their own piece of paradise on the island. Trish holds an Associate’s Degree in Architectural Technology and spent four years working as a full-time kitchen and bath designer. The designer experience gives her a keen eye for staging homes in preparation for sale as well as, assisting buyers visualize how they can turn a house into a home.
Trish's hard work and dedication made her the perfect fit as she stepped up into her new role as Managing Broker of the Kitty Hawk office at the end of 2023.
