1. How long is the course?
The course is 60 hours and meets daily Mon-Fri for 4 hours a day for a total of 3 weeks.
2. What is the cost?
Tuition is $375 however, if you pay at least 7 days prior to the class start date, tuition is $350. Military (must show valid military ID) is $325 active duty, dependent, or retiree. All prices include your textbook.
3. How do I register?
Click the link on the home page, fill out the registration form and click submit (you must submit the registration form before clicking the link to make the payment). You will receive an email confirming that your form was received. Please note: Seats are NOT reserved until payment is made.
4.How do I pay?
Once the registration form has been submitted, you may pay by credit card online. Scroll just below the registration form and click the button that says "Principles of Real Estate - Click Here to Pay Online." It will open to a new window, just follow all the prompts. It takes 2-3 business days for the payment to be fully processed. Once it has been processed, you will receive an email stating that your seat has been reserved and your book will be mailed out to you. You may also register/pay in person at the Century 21 Nachman Realty Office located at 3325 Taylor Rd, Suite 107, Chesapeake, VA 23321. Hours are M-F 9am-5pm. We only accept a check or money order in person. No cash or credit card. You will receive your book the same day.
5. What happens if I miss a day?
Any missed time is evaluated on a case-by-case basis and is subject to course repetition.
6. What grade do I need to pass?
You need an average of 80 to pass this course and be eligible for the State/National Licensing Exam.
7. What if I do not pass the course?
You may retake the course (if space is available) for a $100 fee. You have up to nine months from your original class date to retake the course. If after nine months, you will be required to pay full tuition.
8. What if I need to cancel or move my registration?
Send an email to info@churchlandacademyofrealestate.com with your request to either cancel or move your registration. Refunds are given if you cancel your enrollment before class starts or if you drop out on the first day/night of class.
9. How many people are in each class? At this time we can have no more than 25 people per class. We will adjust accordingly as Covid-19 regulations change.
10. What happens after I pass the course?
Once you pass the course, your information is sent to PSI Exams. You may register through them for your State/National Licensing Exam.
