Churchland Academy of Real Estate Refund Policy

Refunds are given if you cancel your enrollment before class starts or if you drop out on the first night of class. You will be refunded the tuition price minus shipping charges for your textbook and state book, and minus your textbook unless you return it in the same condition in which it was received. Refunds will always be paid by check and mailed within 10 business days.
