Churchland Academy of Real Estate offers the Principles of Real Estate several times a year.

The Principles of Real Estate is a 60 hour pre-license education course that the Virginia Real Estate Board (VREB) requires you to complete before taking the state licensing exam.

Our instructors are heavily involved in real estate on a daily basis.

We use the textbook titled Modern Real Estate Practice 21st Edition. The book will be included in you tuition.

Once we receive payment, we will reserve a seat for you!
